My journey with Fanusta Global Pvt. Ltd. and its brand INDESIGNbyFanusta was one of the most transformative chapters of my career. After working seven years in IT companies, my passion for building meaningful digital products led me to a growing startup in the home décor and interior design industry. Little did I know that this startup would soon become a market leader, rediscovering Indian art and craft and taking it to a global audience.

Joining Fanusta as an IT Manager (2016-2023) was more than just a role — it was the opportunity I had always wished for: to become an important part of a fast-growing company and help build a digital ecosystem from the ground up.

Fanusta was not just a job — it was the experience that shaped my understanding of how successful digital businesses truly operate. It taught me to think beyond code and design — to think about the business, the customer, the brand, and long-term growth.

At Fanusta, I didn’t just build an ecommerce site — I continuously upgraded, optimized, and evolved it based on business needs, promotions, and customer insights.
Every feature, landing page, and improvement was aligned with the company’s vision of blending craftsmanship with modern shopping experiences.

2. Made the Platform Content-Rich & Media-Driven

Working closely with the graphics team, I ensured the website and social media platforms looked premium and engaging.
From banners and product visuals to daily social media creatives, I contributed to building a brand identity that customers instantly connected with.
